ProvenMethod is a digital product delivered electronically. Upon payment confirmation you receive access to downloadable files, including an Obsidian vault, templates, and AI prompts. No physical product is shipped. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.
Because ProvenMethod is a digital product delivered instantly, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and waive your standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, in exchange for instant download.
Instead, we offer a conditional, action-based guarantee. It is not a satisfaction guarantee and it is not a results guarantee. A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase only if every one of the following conditions is met: (1) you completed the modules of ProvenMethod; (2) you launched a real offer of your own, meaning a built vault, a live page or link where it can be bought, and a working payment link; (3) you posted at least your first piece of content promoting that offer; and (4) you submit verifiable proof of that work by email to provenmethod0@gmail.com within the 30-day window. Proof means tangible artifacts: your vault files, the live page or link, and links to the posted content. If you did that work and the method did not deliver what it describes, you receive a full refund of your £29.
The guarantee covers one thing only: that the product, when followed as instructed, delivers what it describes. If you completed the work above and it did not, you receive a full refund. The guarantee does not cover, and refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, failure to do the work, inability to show proof of work, dissatisfaction unrelated to whether the product functioned, the cost of any third-party AI subscriptions or tools, or any outcome related to sales, income, traffic, or audience. Requests made without the required proof, or after the 30-day window, are not eligible. One refund per customer. Whether the conditions have been met is determined in good faith by ProvenMethod.

We make no guarantees, promises, or representations of any kind regarding income, revenue, sales, customers, followers, business success, or any specific outcome. Any amounts, results, or wins shown anywhere on this site, in marketing, in the product, or in customer messages are examples of what individual people have done and are not typical, not projections, and not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, execution, skill, niche, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
We collect only what we need to deliver the product: your email address and a record of your purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your purchase record is stored securely. We do not store your card details. We use this information to grant access, provide support, and send product-related email. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

This product is licensed for personal and business use in building your own digital products. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or reproduce ProvenMethod itself in any form without explicit written permission, unless covered by a bonus resale license stated at time of purchase. The method taught inside the product is yours to apply to your own business; the product files themselves are not yours to distribute.
Each copy is associated with your purchase information. Unauthorized distribution is traceable and will be pursued.
All content inside ProvenMethod is the intellectual property of ProvenMethod. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is a violation of these terms.
If you believe you are owed a refund, use the process above. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support is a breach of these terms. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with the evidence of delivery and access on file, and access to all products will be revoked.
