Every published version of the terms of purchase is frozen here at its own permanent address and never edited. The checkout checkbox links to the version in force at the time of the purchase, so what a buyer agreed to can always be read back exactly as it stood.

Published versions

  • 2026-10-23 — in force from 23 October 2026. Current. Names Zernio instead of ManyChat as the service that automates Instagram replies, and notes that taps on the link in an automated reply are counted.
  • 2026-10-05-2 — in force from 5 October 2026 (second revision) to 22 October 2026. Replaces the 14-day action-based guarantee with an all-sales-final policy; statutory rights unchanged.
  • 2026-10-05 — in force on 5 October 2026, until the second revision that day. Adds the optional Meta Pixel, used only with consent.
  • 2026-09-17 — in force from 17 September 2026 to 4 October 2026.

The live, human-readable terms are at /policies.html. When they change, a new frozen version is added here and the checkout is pointed at it. Earlier versions stay up unchanged.
